It seems straightforward to search for it online, but I wasn’t sure. I received a PC recently, equipped with an Asus PRIME B550M-K motherboard. The documentation lists only one SPI TPM header and nothing else regarding "TPM" or "Trusted Platform Module." Some sources claim the Asus B550 supports Windows 11, while others disagree. Clarification would be helpful. Thank you.

There’s a lot of uncertainty here. For clarity, with a recent board you likely have a modern CPU that includes the TPM, so you don’t need an external TPM chip for Windows 11. Just list your CPU model, and someone can confirm. I’d say your system should work with Windows 11. Most current Intel and AMD processors include this feature.

Your CPU is listed in the Microsoft Windows 11 support section. Asus provides drivers for that model. Just follow the guidance from @HelpfulTechWizard, it should work fine.
