I have two GTX 670 graphics cards and I plan to increase their speed.
I'm running Two-Way SLI GTX 670's and in certain games for example CSGO where I already get 200fps on single card at 1080p maxed settings, I disable SLI, and when I do that, I do mine Bitcoin on the another one when I don't game on it.
The issue that I ran into is that I would like to overclock that card when it's mining but not overclock my main card when I'm gaming as I do run issues when it's overclocked but the second card is overclock-happy and can get impressive clocks.
I'm using MSI Afterburner and for the life of me I can't not find any options so I'm unsure if it's possible. Maybe there's another software that lets you overclock individual cards? Thanks
In Afterburner open the Settings and in the General tab, locate the dropdown with the checkbox labeled "Synchronize settings for similar processes," uncheck it, and click OK. This allows you to adjust each card separately.
Thank you, it seems I overlooked that choice while navigating the settings.
It doesn't matter which one you overclock; the GPU will always operate at the slower card's speed. You may wish to match their speeds for optimal performance.
