This sounds promising. I’m sure they won’t switch back to the original plan, so we should proceed with what’s available. I expect to try the game once my PC is up and running, aiming for a release within the next week. Should an AMD 390 Black Edition handle 1440p at medium settings, or would a higher resolution like 1080p with maximum settings be better? I also have a Skylake 6700K that will be boosted to 4.4 GHz.
It would seem reasonable to purchase now since the game package will be released on February 14th, potentially saving you some money.
It's great to hear that! I understand the game isn't optimized yet, but I'm confident it will improve over time.
I can share with you the current situation clearly. This game isn't about winning through payment. Let's put it simply (numbers chosen at random): Player A dedicates five hours weekly, earning roughly 10,000 UEC each week. Player B invests twenty hours a week, making about 30,000 UEC weekly. Player A earns more, so he spends his extra income on a new ship equipped with advanced weapons. Player B upgrades his vessel, which is already covered by insurance. Player A doesn’t grasp the worth of insurance and therefore skips it. When Player A and Player B meet, conflict arises. Player B, more skilled, quickly overpowers the better-equipped ship despite its apparent shortcomings. I’ve witnessed Auroras defeating Hornet pilots and the 300 series dismantling Vanguards. Experience always wins over money, every time.
@CommanderFett raised some valid concerns. I saw @Vivilacqua1 criticize me during a Saturday meetup even though my ship was less powerful. Meanwhile, I dominated the Super Hornets this weekend in a weaker vessel and climbed the leaderboards by 500 points in an Aurora LN. With tougher ships, it takes time to adapt and gain an edge.
