You're aware that the 1809 update began last month but had some issues, including deleting files. They removed it after problems arose. A newer version was released a couple of weeks ago using Microsoft Update Assistant, and now the third release is being rolled out to users. You're all set. The update came from Microsoft to address any problems they fixed earlier, especially for those who received it before it was removed.
