I recently received new parts and everything was functioning properly before, but now it’s operating at 1-3 fps. I tried installing GeForce drivers, but that didn’t help. I have an ASUS 3070ti, an MSI Pro WiFi 670 motherboard, a Ryzen 9 7950x, two 16GB DDR5 RAM sticks from Corsair Vengence, and an old cooler whose name I don’t remember.

Is there an option to maintain your personal files while downloading a fresh Windows copy without installing apps or settings?

When using a fresh motherboard, it's advised to perform a thorough cleaning before installation.

Oh no, I really wish I had that thumb drive when I first installed Windows (to transfer the files).

You only need to reinstall Windows, oneDrive backups won't cause any issues.
