Hi there! I recently purchased a new laptop and here are the details: operating system, processor, graphics, memory, display, and storage. I've noticed some game reviews on YouTube featuring similar specs, even those with lower settings, and they all seem to perform well. On my machine, I struggle with most games, especially running Hitman above 30 frames per second, even when adjusting graphics. I can play Hogwarts Legacy but experience significant drops in FPS, and Genshin Impact on ultra settings is extremely slow. The PC doesn’t handle Genshin Impact at all on high settings. I’ve updated drivers, installed GeForce Experience, set my laptop to maximum performance, and even used the Nvidia control panel. All games run smoothly on my RTX 3050 with high settings. Your experience sounds frustrating—could there be an issue with my system? Thank you for your help!
It was usually found in Reddit discussions or game performance clips. Most of what I read matches the GPU, RAM, and CPU I have—sometimes even lower CPUs than mine. Edit: In the video referenced, the person had identical specs except for an i5-11400H instead of an i5-11400, and everything worked perfectly.
The product uses a specific model, and it comes from a recognized brand. Let me find the details for you.
It's a LDLC Saturne T55-16-S10 (French brand). It works on InsydeH2O BIOS, I bought it without an OS and installed W11 Pro myself with a USB boot.
That’s due to the 3050m specs—it’s not considered top-tier for Warzone 2. Most FPS you’ll see are around 30–50, so don’t expect great performance from this GPU.
they’re probably from the 3050s, not the 3050 Mobile version. There’s a big gap between PC and laptop specs, and you’ll see roughly 40% less performance in laptops—just grab a solid PC instead.
yup...mediocre and highend is so far removed form your 3050 implentation. your only option is to reduce as many background tasks as is possible reduce things in game settings. reduce the shadows is a big help after all if you be a running n gunning you dont need to see your shadow on the ground and if looking your shot by another player. also lighting effects.......yup they look pretty but you need to see your targets not stand and admire the gently flowing leaves and grass in the sunlight also reduce reflections as they snack on frame rates like kids eating candy. Also switch off motion blur and reduce bloom if you have the option. As for other things anything on Ultra is a joke and only cool for screen shots once you are running a game. other items as DLSS or rtx just set to balanced if you use them but even better is to just try them at off and if needed at lowest and slowly increase till the framerates give you issues.
Everyone using the same GPU is being dishonest. The person in the video is playing Warzone 2 at 60fps with maximum settings, using the identical GPU found in a laptop.
