There are FPS problems while playing games like League of Legends and World of Warcraft. My FPS ranges from 5 to 20, and I'm using the lowest possible settings. My hardware includes an Amd Phenom x4 9500 at 2.20 GHz, an ASRock motherboard with model N68C-S UCC, 4GB DDR2 RAM, and an ATI Radeon HD 4800 series graphics card.

This is likely the most effective option.
You can also use MSI Afterburner and push it until it shows signs of trouble. Remember to boost your fan cooling during the process. If you have experience with GPU fans, you might be able to handle this.

Planning to buy a new computer, but it doesn’t help much with what I have.
