Hello, I’m just getting straight to the point since by now I’m certain I’ve done everything possible. In 2017 I started playing PC games, but since then my experience has been consistently poor. No matter the game—whether it’s Minecraft or something more intense like Battlefield, The Witcher 3, or Modern Warfare—I can’t play without constant stuttering and dropping frames every few seconds. It’s happened across all three PCs I’ve owned since then, each with different components, yet the problem remains the same.

I’ve tried everything for three years now—every “fix” I’ve read or attempted. Honestly, I’m not interested in writing a long list of solutions just to get someone to say “is the display port cable plugged in?” or “try overclocking.” I’m not being rude, but that’s usually what ends up happening.

What I’m asking is simple: if you were in my shoes, what would you do? I’ve been through this for three years and it’s starting to feel unreasonable. It makes no sense at all. I’ve replaced all the parts three times, checked my monitor, mouse, and keyboard, but nothing has changed. If it’s not the hardware, what could be wrong? It also doesn’t seem to be caused by a strange program, since I’ve tested it with just Steam installed.

I’ll leave this out of the rest...

Check if the CPU maintains its stock clock speeds during full all-core usage without problems.
Install and execute HWMonitor, CPU-Z/bench/stress CPU for 20 minutes.
Confirm via HWMonitor that all core clock speeds remain around 4.7 GHz, and temperatures stay between 80-85°C.
Monitor clock speeds during the test rather than just peak values, as peaks can be misleading.

I don't notice a fresh OS installation in your initial message. That's the point I suggest you begin with.

Hello, how are your thermal readings while gaming? What FPS do you achieve with various game types, ranging from indie to AAA titles? Which resolution and presets are you currently using in your games?

Thermals are fine, I have no issues with temps etc. Fps isn't an issue I can easily get high fps in basically every game, it's just that I constantly get fps drops and stutter all the time, it's like it for every game with any settings, low or ultra, and I am playing at 1440p, I have tried 1080p too and it still does it.

Could the outlet be damaged? Have you tested another outlet in your home? Or could the issue lie with the power supply from your city? Given that you've replaced all parts three times without any improvement, it might be related to the power source itself.

Was your screen identical throughout this process? I haven't seen that detail listed.

It seems like a risky approach, but have you considered switching to another storage option? And perhaps using a different SATA power supply for your Games SSD—though it's not typical, but some users have reported success. You could try connecting an older SSD or HDD, or even install a single game on your primary drive.

No offence but did you read my post? I said, "I have replaced all the parts three times so it's 100% not an issue with one of the components".
