Hello, I need assistance since shadowplay isn’t functioning properly on my setup, despite everything being configured correctly. The interface appears grayed out and doesn’t allow any actions. My system specs are i5-2500k with 12GB DDR3 RAM, GTX 960, and 4GB VRAM. Edit: This is my media PC.

It happened once when I had been using it for some time. After that, I reinstalled GeForce Experience and it fixed the issue. It might not be the easiest solution, but it could be worth a shot.
