They're intentionally slowing down my AMD setup to favor NVIDIA and making it inefficient. "Your PC is terrible" – even at the lowest settings I manage around 12 FPS and at max it stays the same. It's completely stuck. The problem isn't my VRAM (4GB) or the AMD R9 270X, it's just a bottleneck.

It's great sampling anti-aliasing. Without a powerful rig, it can ruin your frame rate.

Physx is very inefficient and operates on one thread, making it hard to reach 60fps even with powerful processors. Turn it off. Also, a 4GB RAM setup at 270x resolution is unnecessary because a 280 offers similar value.
