You have an Alienware M17 R5 AMD system with the following components:
AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX featuring Radeon Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti laptop GPU
Recent updates and BIOS changes have provided temporary relief, but problems still persist occasionally. Is this typical? Do many players encounter issues even with lower graphics settings? Could the games themselves be of poor quality?

It seems your driver might be incorrect, or there could be a bottleneck. Perform a furmark test to confirm your card is functioning properly.

I perform multiple checks using Support Assist and GeForce Experience for driver updates, along with regular Windows updates, in the hopes of finding something. I'm unsure if there are other options available.

What are the temperatures on your GPU and CPU? Might it be that one of them is overheating?

Confirm if the device is utilizing the 3070 GPU instead of the built-in AMD graphics.
