Most users dislike motion blur. In my view, it's a poor feature that should be turned off by default. Those who enjoy it should be the ones to enable it, since most players dislike motion blur in games.

Since it is bad.
But that's just his view, which I agree with. Motion blur is similar to saying "the frame rate isn't high enough, let's blur everything so it doesn't stand out... Because real life also has motion blur!"
