I have a PCIe Wi-Fi card, can I use it with my new PC?
the pcie wifi card in the first two pictures is an intel celeron 1000 from my old dell inspiron n5010. it appears to be a half-pci card with two sockets, suggesting it could fit both your old and new systems. the third image shows a similar pcie slot on my current pc, also with two sockets. i believe swapping these might work without damaging either system, and using the usb wifi adapter from the old laptop could be a safe alternative if needed.
The laptop displays an "M.KEY" Wi-Fi card that’s usually soldered to two signal connectors. The image shows a x1 PCI-E port, which means it won’t work. You should purchase a budget-friendly PCI-E card for Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. TP-Link offers some options.
