I have a issue with TPM
I have a issue with TPM
Hello, yesterday I usually powered on my PC and entered the login screen. I entered my PIN and it displayed an unusual message saying "My PIN doesn't exist" or something similar. I couldn't proceed further. After restarting, a BIOS prompt from American Megatrends appeared with warnings like "New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP corrupted or structure changed." I was unable to select any options and didn't change the CPU. It offered three choices: press DEL to enter BIOS, press Y to clear TPM, or press N to keep everything. Only pressing N allowed me to exit and restart to Windows. Once booted, I saw an option to update my PIN, which resolved the issue. However, whenever I turn on my PC again, it returns to the American Megatrends screen. Is there a solution to this problem? Thank you for your assistance! Jacob PS:
