That's really poor. The Orange label compared to 450 seems like a major problem, especially since it's been around for five years now.

Yes, it also suffers from poor OCP and OOP performance. OCP activates too soon while OOP occurs too late. Others suggest considering another PSU instead.

if you have a voltage adjustment, reduce it fully or just enough to notice a big drop in power usage the GPU will run slower but use less wattage this makes it less likely for protection circuits on the power supply to activate, though as mentioned by @Hinjima and others, it’s probably wise to invest in a higher-quality PSU soon

Sure, here are some suggestions for a new power supply. A 750W unit would be a solid choice if you're looking for something a bit more powerful.
