Hey, looks like you've lost some important stuff in TF2. Since you haven't logged into Steam lately after setting up a new PC, it might help to check your saved games or recent activity. You could also try contacting the community forums or support channels for help recovering your items.

Steam doesn’t display a history of your actions in a dedicated list. Reach out to support—they’ll have the relevant records for you.

You should know the expected timeframe for processing your request. As for whether your items will always be returned, it depends on the specific policy and conditions in place.

If you were taken over for the first time and your Steam account is active, you should receive your items. The Steam support team takes different amounts of time to respond—ranging from a few days to several weeks.

I had to send a refund and their account was blocked for six weeks, now they’re charging for mods. Valve is almost giving up on me.

Steam seems to have some issues? It’s unclear what the BBB awarded them. /s The user wants to reach out to Steam support but expects limited help.

Also take their two-step verification method into account to avoid being easily compromised again.
