As mentioned in the title, I got a Corsair Raptor LM3 today. Initially unsure if it would perform better than a regular mouse, I started playing CS:GO and noticed the increased DPI right away—it instantly boosted my gameplay. I’m really excited about using it for other games too. If you don’t own one and are uncertain, I’d suggest getting one. It should fit comfortably in your hand. This was likely one of my top purchases!

I just set everything to 400 dpi in CSGO... that's all.

I don't believe returning to a regular mouse is possible.

My old mouse was 600, and this setup is at 1200. It looks like it’s performing better for me. Different approaches work for different people, probably.

He seems to play with different configurations than we do.

Focus on what suits you best with reliable hardware behind it. I’m big on my mouse—it’s got solid specs and a durable build. A name suggestion, Roccat Military Optical.

I prefer smaller models. The G9x has been with me for years, and it's the top mouse I've used.
