At first I thought the issue was only in BF4, but once I started playing GTA V it dropped to just 4 FPS. Right away I switched to BF3 and saw minor drops too—still a noticeable decrease. I’m confused about whether my GPU, CPU, or RAM is the problem. My specs are an I3 4150, R9 280X, 8 GB RAM. I really need help!

The MSI 280X experienced overheating in its memory, possibly due to this issue. Additionally, the VRMs during startup would become too hot. Review your GPU's BIOS settings.

It seems like you're talking about performance issues in a virtual reality environment. If memory is low, stuttering might not be typical.

Running out of VRAM is unusual due to system limitations or configuration issues.

He frequently encounters issues, maybe it's because too many apps run in the background and your i3 struggles to manage them all.

In GTA V the VRAM stats appear only when performance hits the cap; otherwise it seems out of place.
