Did you submit a help request to Rockstar? Even if they respond with generic automated replies, it’s still wise to file a support ticket. They may overlook messages from random forums, but reaching out to their support team shows you were noticed. Posting on message boards is less effective than submitting a formal request.

I tested the benchmark and it consistently ran at 40 FPS or higher. However, during the game I experienced 20 to 30 frames per second dropping.
