Any part, paint, or electronics store should carry it. Maybe not at Kaufhof—better ask elsewhere.

I processed it and allowed it to dry for roughly ten hours. Then I powered it up and noticed that I only added the PSU, MB, RAM, and CPU to check if it would turn on properly.

I removed the RAM and discovered some water that didn’t evaporate. Currently, I’m using a hairdryer to assist it a little.

How confident are you that you didn’t receive any on the motherboard? Those indicators suggest the board is struggling to identify the CPU and RAM. Honestly, I’ve never seen both at once. What model is it? Does the manual address troubleshooting these lights together? Have you replaced the CPU and RAM? Also, using a hair dryer seems risky—better to use a box fan instead.
