I had learned about my friends' ability to significantly overclock the GTX 1070 ASUS Strix, expecting similar improvements. When I tested Unigine Valley, I noticed noticeable performance issues. Now, my computer runs very slowly, and even with standard GPU tweaks, I'm only getting around 30 FPS. I'm worried something might have gone wrong.

Return everything to normal operating speeds and voltage levels.
Don't take friends' claims about their impressive upgrades too seriously—they often exaggerate to appear superior.

Charlie Brogan shared his concerns about his gaming setup. He noticed his friends could significantly boost their GTX 1070 ASUS Strix cards, expecting similar improvements for him. After testing Unigine Valley, he encountered performance issues, with only 30 frames per second on the standard GPU settings. He fears his card might be faulty. He recommends performing a complete factory reset and reinstalling drivers, or considering a replacement if the reset doesn't resolve the problem.
