I began exploring an upgrade to Windows 11, believing a fresh install was necessary. I installed the "Health PC Check" app, which reported missing secure boot and tmp2 features. After searching online, I discovered these settings weren’t available in my BIOS, so I decided to proceed. I navigated to my BIOS, reviewed the configuration, and restarted the system. The issue persisted—my motherboard screen appeared, then it abruptly blue-screened with error code 0xc00000e and a missing file warning. I returned to BIOS and tried reverting steps one by one, but the problem continued. On my phone, I found a quick solution using a media creation tool, which I downloaded to my laptop via USB. I connected it and changed the boot mode to USB. The PC started normally, unlike the previous setup. I then attempted to reboot without the USB stick, hoping it would resolve the issue. Still, the same error appeared. My system was safely booting from BIOS (last known working). I’m asking: First, how can I fix this so my computer doesn’t require the media creation tool? I turned off notifications for my 64-bit Windows after learning about upcoming updates that might require switching to Windows 11. Each time Microsoft releases something new, it seems to go wrong in six different ways. I’m following the trend with Windows 10 until I can no longer manage it, particularly because I bought it outright. And I’m open to trying Linux too.

Not relevant, but... What's the point? Maybe it's because you didn't turn on DOCP/XMP or perhaps your system actually came with 2133 RAM. Ryzen relies heavily on memory speed. There were updates suggesting an upgrade to 11 at startup, but that was optional and could be skipped. I recently changed to 11 on a comparable setup and everything is working fine, though I suggest a fresh install after the change.
Looking back on past experiences, older versions of Windows often had major issues. Win95, WinXP, Vista, 7, and 8 were all problematic at launch, and many still are. Even Win 10 wasn't much different when it first came out, so I expect similar patterns with Windows 11.
