That’s what muting and ignoring is for, but my mind is really hurt from hearing Russians yelling and swearing. Now I’m turning around and finding most things really annoying, I think I’ve gone a bit crazy.

Are you sure? I've noticed even more inappropriate behavior in BF3/4. Many are urging others to remove the left and right options.

Russians are entertaining. I used to dislike them, but now I see they're just as annoying as a turd in CS:GO. They love calling me a noob, and it feels pretty fun.
