The plastic bracket on the back of the MOB with the AIO should stay as it is unless there’s a specific reason to replace it.

It seems you're checking if the BIOS was updated with the microcode patch. Make sure you've applied the latest update to resolve the issue.

Review the Intel contact frames next. Also, make sure you haven’t answered the BIOS question.

The contact frame has no curve at all, and the BIOS version needs to appear in the image under EDIT. I reapplied the thermal paste again.

It seems your system might not be running the latest BIOS. Updating it could protect your CPU and improve performance. The microcode update may also resolve thermal issues. You can get the latest BIOS from this link: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-B760...II/support

It actually functioned properly. The thermal peaks reached 83 on one core and dropped to 78 in the lowest core after the BIOS update. Thanks to @191x7 I had already assumed the BIOS was updated and had the newest version on a USB drive. Why did the BIOS itself fail? Was it an issue from the manufacturer of the MOB or something else? Thanks to @191x7

The 13th and 14th generation Intel processors have a microcode issue leading to excessive voltage levels, resulting in instability, overheating, and component wear. Applying the updated BIOS resolved this problem, reducing voltage and temperatures now.
