It’s a friend that needs help with his mobo b360m ib-r1. New ram is 3600mhz old ram was 2133 I think. He unplugged everything and I watched him reseat the new ram on discord and nothing worked. His pc is flashing red for the lighting. His keyboard lights up but no display at all. He’s reseated and put the old ram in and same issue.

He removed the old RAM and it didn’t work. Take out the RAM, use a bright light, and check the slots for dirt or damage.
