all OC settings were updated, BIOS was set to the latest version, and earlier GPU drivers were installed. System details are Ryzen 5 3600 with RX 5700. I encounter errors like "Fatal Hardware Error reported by processor core" and a transaction type 256 request. I've enabled them and even tried incorrect RAM voltage, which produced a minidump file. I'm unsure what's happening or what might be causing it.

The CPU isn't overclocked; the voltage comes with the device. The temperatures look normal and stay within range. Regarding BIOS issues, it might be related to incorrect setup or a malfunction.

I observed a specific issue where the accuracy line in Hwinfo Power Reporting consistently shows red, regardless of CPU load conditions. I understood its significance after reading about it, but found no guidance on resolving it. Previously, this red indicator didn’t appear before crashes either.
