I utilize the same as most others. CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Sophos, and ADWcleaner.

I don’t rely heavily on particular software. Windows Defender works well for basic protection against malware. I run a defragmentation periodically and use the built-in defrag tool. CCleaner is installed but not used. I’m careful about deleting files, preferring manual cleanup when I notice many unnecessary items. My routine maintenance includes antivirus, defragmentation, and removing junk files. That’s essentially all the upkeep I perform.
