During our talk about antivirus options, I wanted to know what people actually rely on and how effective it is. Personally, I stick with Microsoft Security Essentials and haven’t seen any malware on my system in nearly four years. I’m interested in hearing others’ experiences.

You don't have to install unnecessary files to improve your system's performance. A reliable download, update, or plugin is safe if you use a trusted source.

Run Windows Defender to review downloaded files, use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, run AdwCleaner for cleanup, and consider ComboFix if the issue is severe.

Kaspersky offers minimal overhead and a clean design in my view. I've never encountered a virus before. I only access adult content from trusted sources.
