I swapped the CMOS battery, the PSU is delivering sufficient power. It’s not the surge protector, the RAM, or the case or case wires. 20220511_171534.mp4

Is it a fresh assembly or a previous version that functioned earlier? The red indicator on the bottom of the video likely signals a specific status or warning.

Are you certain the power supply unit is functioning properly? This seems like a PSU issue. Are any cables disconnected? It might also be an electrical short, such as a screw lodged on the motherboard. If that’s the situation, you could attempt to power the computer upside down and gently shake it, avoiding any sudden drops.
