I received the prebuilt yesterday and it operated perfectly, handling Warzone, Ark, and Phasmaphobia without issues while streaming. Now it fails to launch altogether. Only the photos capture what happened. The part I missed is that after accessing the desktop it would run for five minutes (no games) before shutting down. Anything demanding much processing power would immediately halt the system and lock it in a recovery state. I left the PC and came back, and it restarted itself. The machine remains stuck in an installation Windows error cycle. Specs: CPU Ryzen 5600X, GPU EVGA GeForce RTX 3060, RAM 16GB (2x8GB T-Force), Motherboard ASRock (details unknown), PSU Evga 600 BR (bronze).

The pictures indicate that it's most likely a problem with the ram on the video card. Could be faulty ram chips on the video card, could be faulty cooling on the video card (maybe the ram chips on the video card overheat and then you have errors) You can rule out other things like the regular RAM in your computer by testing it. Make a USB stick with memtest and boot from the USB stick and it will test the ram for around 20-30 minutes (or until you get a full pass). Here's the memtest : https://www.memtest86.com/ (click on download) Use HWInfo64 to check the sensors on the video card and motherboard, see if any temperature sensor reports high temperatures.

Reach out to the prebuild seller—it looks like the graphics card is defective.

Based on my observations, it seems the graphics card is faulty, probably due to a damaged VRAM chip. Similar issues can arise if you attempt to overclock the processor without doing so, even though you haven’t. You should contact the retailer where you purchased the PC to have your graphics card replaced.

It's accurate to suggest an alternative. However, if he's unable to do so...

The GPU temperatures stayed below 60°C, but I can no longer access the PC. It felt like a full factory reset occurred, and the Windows installation error persists.

I contacted them via email and I’m awaiting for their reply tomorrow, I don’t know how to overclock or really any of that sorts.

I'm verifying that the graphics card is completely seated in the port and checking for any physical harm.

They might argue you didn’t follow the agreement, so consider reinstalling the GPU drivers and also reseating the GPU.
