I'm dealing with several problems on my PC. First, there are audio glitches that ruin gameplay. These noises show up when I stream through Discord and can be heard by others. Affected games include Elden Ring, Doom Eternal, Deaths Door, No Man's Sky, AC Valhalla, and Sea of Thieves. The issue occurs with both Steam Epic and PC Game Pass versions, and it persists on both. Second, system files are corrupted, causing lockouts in user account control and MMC.exe (disk manager, registry editor). Third, anti-cheat software such as EAC and Battleye has files in my Windows and System32 folders, blocking game launches for titles like Destiny, Elden Ring, and Master Chief Collection. I've swapped the motherboard from a TUF gaming X570 to an MSI B550, removed RAM, tested each component separately, performed fresh installs across multiple drives, changed sound settings, and disabled enhancements. Despite these efforts, the audio problems remain constant, though corrupted files sometimes stop acting for days. Any advice on resolving this would be appreciated.

I just installed Windows 11 from the official site and it works with all my audio gear. The Steel Series Arctis 7 is connected wirelessly via a USB dongle, and the speakers are plugged into the PC. I've updated the audio drivers, and this issue also appears on Windows 10.
Did you confirm the system file integrity using the SFC /scannow tool? Are you running a genuine Windows license or a grey-market/activation tool? Those can affect system files. Are there any other important system updates, custom themes, or plugins installed?
I've checked the SFC scan now; I own a grey market license for Windows Pro. SFC usually fails, and I've tried DISM but it doesn't resolve the issue.
I was thinking about trying DISM next. It looks like that option isn't working. Since the issue appears on both W10 and W11, it doesn’t help to question the installation medium. Also, considering you've tried various motherboards and storage drives, it seems the problem isn’t there either. In my view, there are three possible causes left: RAM, CPU, or GPU. The GPU seems less likely. You mentioned testing the RAM—how did you do it? Did you run a full MemTest, perhaps multiple times?
The issue remains the same regardless of the situation. Problems only arise during gameplay. Corrupted system files impact performance and trigger anti-cheat warnings, preventing certain titles like Destiny and Elden Ring from launching. I don’t use any audio programs beyond the motherboard drivers for onboard sound.
