CPU-Z is an alternative tool available at https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html. It's not required. For instance, Skylake could utilize either DDR3 or DDR4 based on the motherboard.
Check the markings on each DIMM to see the data type, speed, and compatibility information.
What processor do you have? It’s probably DDR4, but we should double-check.
