What processor do you have? It only works with a specific type of DDR. Based on the performance, it seems to be DDR4.

CPU-Z is an alternative tool available at https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html. It's not required. For instance, Skylake could utilize either DDR3 or DDR4 based on the motherboard.
