You recently purchased the A Nitro ANV15-51 and attempted to play Warframe with medium settings, adjusting your monitor's refresh rate to 120. However, your screen suddenly changed appearance, and similar issues occurred in other games like The Forrest and overtime. The fan noise is at its maximum, but FPS remains stable. What should you do?

I made the changes and my performance stays between 50 to 60 on GPU and 50 to 65 on CPU.

Yes, the lines show up in the forest as well. However, they didn’t show up during my playthrough of Marvel Rivals, and even when I tried to capture a screen, it would appear briefly before disappearing again later.

I would request a replacement, this situation is quite unusual.

By monitor you likely refer to the laptop screen or an external display. If it's an external monitor, the issue might be with the cable, which is easier to fix first. If you have another cable, test it; otherwise, consider replacing it. Ensure the cable isn't damaged—avoid bending or squishing it. For longer cables, try a shorter one.

This appears to be either a serious GPU problem or an issue with the screen. If the problem is with the GPU, your laptop might be in poor condition. If it's the screen, it's often repairable, but since you just purchased it, it's best to return it for replacement or a refund. If you need help figuring out whether it's the screen or the GPU, I can assist further.

I’m sending back the laptop now, hoping for a replacement since it’s still within the 7-day window. They’re still checking it out and mentioned a possible fix by downgrading the NVidia driver, though they’re not certain it will work.
