I've faced persistent issues with my PC for several months, starting with the system loading error code. Once activated, it would restart, run diagnostics, and then boot into Windows Recovery with the same error displayed. Despite replacing nearly every component—except the PSU, GPU, older SSD, and case—I still encountered the same problems. When I brought it in for a fresh Windows installation months ago (even with an updated BIOS), the issues persisted. My only visible lights during boot were the standard VGA, DRAM, or boot indicators, all white. No one else has been able to assist me, and I've tried everything without success. I attempted the scf/scannow tool, which detected issues and suggested a restart. However, it immediately crashed when I tried to boot. Even in safe mode, the same problems persisted. I’m not sure what memtest is.
Consider running MemTest on Windows when the PC starts again. Just because issues are detected doesn’t confirm they’re the root cause—they might stem from corrupted files due to a failing component. It’s possible you only have one drive and one RAM stick installed. A fresh Windows installation might help, but if problems persist after that, it could point to hardware problems. Since the PSU and GPU are original parts, testing the GPU on another system would be wise to verify.
