I don't understand about servers at all...
many have noticed my server setup discussion, and I’m still thinking about it. Can the 10100 and 10400 chips handle SMB tasks like downloading files or games to the server? Yes, they can definitely run Minecraft since my cousin uses his FX-8350 rig as a server. He has a large HDD now—currently a 3TB drive and an Intel 2.5" SSD with 240GB—but in the future he plans to upgrade to 5TB drives for games, photos, server software, and 3D editing apps. SSDs will be the main storage, with no extra cases or GPUs needed because I already have the case and will just swap in my gaming GPU from the rig. This list includes everything before I start adding thousands of drives, and I won’t need cases or GPUs yet.
Sure, I'll keep it simple. Later I can add a hyper Evo. Right now the cooler makes noise when the server is under heavy load, but it's manageable.
