You've set up your PC on Windows 7, which doesn't include network drivers by default. Look for a reliable source or website that offers Ethernet or Wi-Fi plugins specifically designed for older Windows versions.

We require additional details to assist you effectively. Is the information already included in your motherboard? If yes, please specify the model. If not, let me know the exact adapter version. Also, confirm whether your system is 32-bit or 64-bit.

It appears a Broadcom wireless chip and a Realtek Ethernet chip are being referenced.

Use another computer to download the driver. Visit the manufacturer's website. If you have an external USB Wi-Fi adapter, connect it (use the CD to install the driver for that adapter) and download all relevant drivers from the manufacturer's site. After installing the Wi-Fi PC drive, remove the USB Wi-Fi adapter and switch to using your PC's Wi-Fi adapter.

I'm not sure, but I think you're referring to a process where a file is transferred from a flash drive to a PC without internet, then analyzed and reinstalled with a driver.

What is happening? Visit the linked page, choose the desired driver from the dropdown, and pick the appropriate OS version from another option. Click the link labeled "Downloads." The site will automatically download an .exe file, which you can run on your PC where you need it. I’m not familiar with such a service. This process appears similar to sites that gather system details and provide matching downloads. However, I haven’t come across a platform where you can save your system settings as a file for later use on another machine. It seems the simplest approach is to obtain the correct file yourself on another PC and install it there. Once done, you can use Lenovo’s official suite to download additional drivers from the same source. This issue becomes less important when you use the manufacturer’s recovery tools.
