There was a game, similar to a rivalry on Steam, featuring mostly 2D stick figures that can be customized with weapons. Both characters are circular in shape—one in red, one in blue. It's a local two-player game where battles take place around a circular map. I'm not sure if it exists online, but I'm pretty confident the title is "Stick Ninjas." Anyone know what you're referring to?
The thing that comes to mind was a side-scrolling game similar to Old Boy, and it was in black and white.
