I recently assembled a highly capable setup intended for video editing, filmmaking, and casual gaming over the next few years. About five days ago, everything functioned perfectly until yesterday morning. A shower incident triggered a boot loop, and despite following all standard troubleshooting steps—reinstalling Windows, reseating components, testing RAM and storage—I still faced persistent issues. The system would reset repeatedly, attempting to restart endlessly. I explored various fixes like checking the GPU, CPU, power cables, and even considering cooling solutions, but nothing resolved the problem. Now every shutdown displays a red CPU light that vanishes briefly during boot and reappears during crashes. I’m running out of options and desperately need help to get back to creating my projects.

I believe we've ruled out RAM as a factor; it's likely the SSD, motherboard, or CPU are the culprits. I'd replace parts starting with what seems most probable based on defects. The CPU is improbable to have a manufacturing flaw. The SSD is possible but would require a costly unit with acceptable reliability. I recommend swapping components first. You've already performed many tests, yet results remained unchanged—now it's time to verify with proven working hardware.

It seems you're dealing with a tricky setup. The first board you tried was an ASUS Strix, but it wouldn't post after a few tries. After fixing it, the second one worked until it started looping. You're wondering if a more robust board would help with that GPU. Any suggestions?

It's actually the second board I've used. The first one was an ASUS Strix, but it wouldn't post until I changed it a few times. After some troubleshooting and waiting a few days, I got the one I have now and everything worked until it started looping. Maybe I should look for a more stable board with better performance? Or at least something with higher tolerance for this powerful GPU. Got any suggestions? Also, I almost missed hitting the reply button ;-;
