Looking for a suitable memory voltage to keep your PC running smoothly? A stable, compatible voltage is key. Consider options like 1.35V or 1.6V for DDR4/DDR5 systems—avoid anything too high that could stress components. Always check your motherboard specs first!

This memory won't handle high voltages well. 1.35V should stay within your requirements if the RAM is rated for 1.2V at that frequency. First, I'd adjust the CAS latency from 19 to 18 and run a test. So instead of 19-19-19, you'd use 18-19-19. This change might actually improve performance noticeably.

Also interested in the full rig specifications. I don’t know the CPU or memory details, do you?

I own a Ryzen 7 2700X paired with an RX 580 8 GB, running on an Asrock B450M/A MATX M2 board.

Yes, you could potentially increase your RAM's clock speed to 3200MHz with an OC setting of 18-19-19 at 1.35V.

You can bring Typhoon memory details into the Ryzen DRAM Calculator. Pay attention to each step carefully. If your RAM is labeled 19-19-19, keep it as is and gradually raise the DRAM ratio. You're unsure if your RAM supports speeds beyond DDR4-2666, let alone DDR4-3000 or DDR4-3200. It's possible you might need to adjust the timings—lower numbers mean tighter timing, higher means looser timing. DDR4-2666 should be higher than DDR4-2933, which should be higher than DDR4-3000, which in turn should be higher than DDR4-3200.
