When entering numbers in the dram calculator, I’m having trouble locating my dram PCB model or memory type. It seems the issue might be related to purchasing a prebuilt computer with non-branded memory. Please share an image of the typhoon burner if you need help identifying it.
It's SK Hynix. 1333mhz no XMP profiles. (2666mhz) CL19-19-19 is super horrible memory period. You will have to manually overclock or tweak the timings. The calculator only gives suggested clocks and timings. 50% chance it works after set up bios.
You can adjust the output clock directly by increasing the timing values for each stage. Go up one step in each timing setting to fine-tune the performance.
I understand. The correct brand isn't SK Hynix, so it's likely AFR or MFR. Which one matches your memory of Jedec Profile?
You can view your Jedec profile by logging into your account on the official Jedec website.
This process is straightforward. You align it with the default configurations in the Calculator, choose safe and quick settings, and record them either on paper or via a photo. After restarting the PC, you transfer those settings into the BIOS timings manually. Use Cpu-Z to check your clocks and timings, and refer to the SPD tab for the Jedec list. Screenshots would be very useful for better guidance.
Consider giving it a shot with the CJR? I wouldn’t expect it to be CJR, but honestly, nothing should come as a surprise these days.
It seems you're avoiding any further details about this topic. Let me know how I can assist you better.
