Ok one more problem. I bought 2 500GB HDDs WD Green WD5000AVVS. I bought them used from a Top seller stating that they were perfect. I hook it up to my Asrock 970 extreme4 , but BOTH of them dont work. They are recognized in BIOS and disk management. The space is unallocated and when I try to initialize it, it gives an I/O error. S.M.A.R.T passed flawlessly, and the disk testers give it a pass in testing. It dosent initialize what I do :-(. I have it set to IDE since my primary HDD(not these 2) gives a BSOD on AHCI. Is it a Sata 3.0 clash?

You're running W10? Then how come the Heaven benchmark you posted the other day says the platform is Windows NT?
If you're running W10, there's no reason the drives shouldn't work if they are any good. Can you test them on another machine first?
There's no such thing as a SATA 3 clash. The SATA interface is backward/forward compatible. The drives may have been pre-formatted in UEFI mode and your system is running in legacy BIOS mode... or visa versa.
Tested on a Vista PC, the same issue occurred; it doesn't work. Will discard this. One more question... will upgrading to an FX-6600 or FX-8350 provide a performance improvement?
First, regarding the HDDS...
Do you recall if your operating system was installed using UEFI or legacy? Verify in System Information and search for Bios Mode.
Concerning the CPU upgrade...
A clear affirmative.
And that's before you install the FX-8350 with a straightforward multiplier adjustment. Make sure your board's BIOS is version P2.60 or newer prior to swapping CPUs. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't.
The FX-8350 is currently available at around $80 in retail, and even less used. I still own one of my FX-8350 setups. In fact, I've already paired an old GTX 980 with it.
