Thanks
I ended up with 3.7ghz on the CPU and 980mhz on the GPU, and it's working perfectly! 60fps at 1080p ultra settings, with more than a 10 fps boost. Which game are you playing at that speed?

That's it
Consider the power needs and compatibility before deciding. The aerocool 700W PSU offers more capacity, while your Super Flower 450W is a solid choice if it meets your current requirements.
Tesselation is turned off.

Did you mean 1920×1080?
A more powerful PSU is always preferable if you intend to upgrade later.
Your 450W should easily support a modern GTX 1060 with 6GB RAM in the future.

1920x1080 yes, another point comes up—I moved a case fan from my old Dell PC, but the wire is too short, only reaching the PWR_fan and not the CHA_fan on the opposite side of the motherboard. Should I put the rear fan as the side fan or connect it directly to the PWR_fan at the back?
In fact, I suggest buying a proper fan for your case. If you must use the one from the Dell case (it matches the connector and is wired the same), place it as the rear fan. Hot air naturally rises and will exit near the top of the case. Also, using it as a side fan means you’ll have to keep it in place every time you remove the side panel, or risk damaging the wires.
The PWR header works too, but it doesn’t have BIOS control and likely runs at full speed continuously.

These benchmarks seem acceptable. Based on your equipment, they're not too bad. Back in the day with an Athlon II X3 450 and an HD-5770, my score in Heaven (version 2.5) at 1680x1050 was just 583. The visual settings were a bit different, and the Windows version varied, but it was close enough to be reasonable.
