Average hasn't set anything up on my machine... For the OP, just include nocd patches and similar fixes to the exceptions list. Done! No more disappearing.

I rely on Avast Internet Security for protection. It runs smoothly and gets updated often, sometimes multiple times daily. If you encounter warnings about cracks, you might add them to an exceptions list, though this could expose your PC to malware since cracks and NOCD often contain trojan-like code that can hide threats. Even Malwarebytes would likely detect it if it found it.
