I played CS:GO at 120 frames per second, then took a break and returned. Now it only runs smoothly at 20 fps occasionally. I’m not sure why this happened. My system is an AMD FX 8350 with an RX 480 graphics card and 8 GB of DDR3 RAM.

It seems like you're comparing CSGO and Team Fortress 2. Adjusting the process affinity for CSGO.exe to prioritize the final four threads could improve your performance in TF2.

The panorama is showing a gay theme. Two different user interfaces are running simultaneously. Restart the computer and attempt again.

It’s really frustrating on a genuine level—it’s the terrible panorama interface messing everything up. Turning on round music in CS is impossible and gives me the urge to give up.

I need more details to help. Could you clarify what you're asking about?
