I have a recording of an Intel Xeon X5450 paired with a GTX 660 and 6 GB RAM running GTA 5 at 50 FPS without any frame drops. I’m curious if this setup can handle GTA 5 even better at 50 FPS according to the link you shared.

The R7 240 might struggle to maintain 50 frames per second at 1080p when running GTA V with maximum settings.

It won't happen, not even with a GTX 950, because achieving 50fps at 1080p with ultra settings is unlikely... If it's about 720p, success might be possible...

This option could work better, though achieving Ultra settings in GTA V might remain out of reach.

Another option exists near the same price range: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Rq797h The RX 460 offers comparable performance to a 950, making it a stronger choice than the 750 Ti.

In 720p using a blend of high and medium configurations, you should achieve 60fps. At 1080p, everything should run smoothly on low settings.

Pentium runs dual cores without hyper-threading. The Xeon X5450 features four cores, not hyper-threaded, and costs around $15. It’s about 300 MHz faster than the previous generation.
