Ensure components are rated above 2133Mhz with CL14 or better. Avoid combining RAMs of varying speeds and latencies.

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate your help. Would you be open to something in return?

Consider the latency values for CL14—lower is preferable. Increased latency is detrimental. Evaluate this before purchasing CL22 RAM.

CL stands for Continuing Legal Education. It refers to courses or training programs that help maintain professional qualifications. CL15 means it's not recommended, though it's still acceptable. The question about what CL stands for is straightforward—it's about ongoing legal learning.

Ensure your RAM operates at the same frequency—2133MHz or a higher option limited by your current RAM—use CL14 for adjustments, keeping it consistent with your existing setup. Purchasing matching memory reduces potential problems.

CAS latency should be as low as possible, though CL acts as a multiplier rather than a direct measure. For instance, DDR4 3000 with CL 15 performs better than DDR4 2666 with CL 15. For 2133, CL15 results in significant latency.

I just checked my RAM specs and it seems it's no longer available. I'll hold on a while, save up some cash, and get a new one.

For tasks like video editing or photo design, you can purchase any affordable RAM. Uniform RAM isn’t necessary. However, if you're playing games, you may need a bit more speed. Which motherboard are you running?

You’re likely to discover affordable DDR4 3000 or 3200 modules, which is probably the best choice to make.
