I purchased an M.2 Samsung 970 Pro 512 GB SSD today. I attempted various solutions such as updating the BIOS, choosing boot drives, but nothing resolved the issue. I installed Windows 10 using a USB flash drive on the M.2 slot. Specifications: CPU i7-5820K, motherboard x99 Deluxe, GPU GTX 970. The drive appears in my BIOS. It indicates your storage is fully occupied with no available space, which isn't accurate. Restart Windows. After reinstalling, remove all partitions and choose the 500GB one.

I repeated it about ten times; choosing the 500 GB created several partitions as you observed.

It seems to work only on one drive. Make sure you're using a different Windows 10 USB to avoid taking up space.

The USB connection functions correctly after installing Windows on my friend's PC. I believe the 100% status indicates that all areas of the disk are occupied by partitions, leaving the system drive completely filled with primary data.
