The 4+4 pin is intended for CPUs. Even with an adapter, I wouldn’t suggest using it. Which power supply do you own? Are you prepared to invest in a newer model with an 8-pin (6+2) design for PCIe devices?

You can connect the 6-pin connector on your PSU and then link the other unused pins together using a wire, as they only serve as ground.

The Amazon page is wrong. No PCIe connector on the VS450L. Check the Amazon reviews and there's a bunch of people saying there's no PCIe cable on the VS450L version. The product website has the correct information: https://antesports.com/product/ant-espor...er-supply/ Replace the power supply.

It's time for a fresh PSU, right? Making one without PCIe power cables makes sense in the short term. You could use Molex or SATA adapters to connect, and it should still work fine.

You purchased an inexpensive power supply unit. Many graphics cards worked without a connection. The 450 watt rating suggests it was likely intended for a system without a GPU.
