Well yeah and I can hack my windows 7 to add features not present to "modernize it", the only thing you won't be able to find is dx12

I was planning to stick with Windows 8/8.1/10 for a while longer, hoping to resolve the issue of getting Windows 7 back on my machine. This seems like a last-ditch effort—I’ll figure it out once I have 30 days to work with and a key to enter.
