On all my Windows 10 machines, Blu-ray drives show up under a distinct label called 'DVD/CDROM drives', situated within 'Display adapters'. 'Disk drives' is only for hard disk drives and SSDs, not for optical drives. 'DVD/CDROM drives' is absent from your YouTube video, indicating the BIOS didn't recognize the optical drive. Possible reasons include: 1) The Blu-ray drive has failed. 2) The SATA data cable is damaged. 3) The SATA power connection is defective. 4) The SATA port on the motherboard isn't functioning. I recommend these steps: 5) Test multiple SATA ports on the motherboard. The current port might be disabled after installing an M.2 NVMe SSD or a PCIe card (lane sharing).
